I’ve been in Italy for 3 days, eating all the pasta and ice cream, walking 10 miles a day, touching every single receipt, and I’ve lost weight and feel better than ever. There’s something wrong with the food in the US.



If I had to list my favourite exercises, weighted pull-ups would definitely be in my top 3 🏆
