You can want better gameplay AND better graphics, the two don't have to be mutually exclusive. Sports titles need to get innovative again. Trying to milk every $ out of Ultimate team every year will die out. It's 2026. Give me a Park like Sandlot mode for MLB the Show 26

Look, don't get mad at some of us who want better graphics out of MLB the Show. Some of us still have ptsd from going nuts trying to get a ps5 a few years ago. We want to feel like that money splurged and the 100000 times we refreshed websites was worth it.
My creative juices are flowing here's another BANGER idea. You boot up MLB the Show 26. You scan your id into the game while setting everything up for verification. I've done it for dating apps no biggie. Then... AGE BASED MATCHMAKING! I'm 39, I want to play my fellow olds!
Something I never see mentioned is the ability to let people umpire games in MLB the Show 26. Imagine you booting up and you're umpiring a game with two sweats with game chat being on. Let players submit feedback on your calls post game. Bruh, that would feed families 😂.
I mean the MLB the Show 26 trailer doesn't move the needle for me, but for obvious reasons I'm getting the game anyway. Bear down pitching is definitely a nice idea, it'll make me feel warm and toasty inside when I'm giving up 290 ft bombs at Costco Field.

This is to all you Content Creators for MLB The Show..... dont lie to us and put "No Money Spent" in your title if you purchased the game bc like... thats Money Spent. Also like if you didnt steal you setup, it also counts a Money Spent. stop the lying guys... its hurts
MLB the Show 26 trailer drops today. SDS is and always will be good at creating hype pre release. If they just add a couple of new things to the game to keep it fresh people will be happy. It is the last gm in town where UT is NMS friendly. They lose sight of that, it's over.
This gets me in the feels man. I remember the very first time I booted up NHL 09 and played 6v6 for the first time. It was just totally mindblowing. Played this game for 1000s of hours, and cost me nothing after buying cause Ultimate team wasn't a thing yet. We had it good man

As someone who has streamed sports gms on twitch 10 yrs, I feel apalled to say this. I'm watching clips of me playing MLB the Show 16, 17 etc. The graphics have barely changed in a decade. Madden, hell even NHL, look TOTALLY different. SDS gotta step up man. Visuals matter
I think a lot would agree that dynasty in CFB 26 is the best mode in sports gaming. Can you imagine if MLB the Show 26 had something similiar? Get the college rights, have the recruiting, play with 30 other people etc. Smash baseballs with METAL BATS. Give me that, take my $$
