If you build it, they will come – after you set up a website, do keyword research, A/B test, share it on Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, get on a hundred podcasts, speak at a conference, get a thousand no's, work nights and weekends – they will come.

Not gonna lie, self serve buffet lines were something I never thought would return post-covid.

Strange how the same actions make you question yourself when you move from an organization with products talking in millions to a startup talking in hundreds of thousands. Early-stage work demands a different kind of mental fortitude.

Had the privilege of attending the Arizona Marketing Leaders Summit, hosted by @LaneTerralever and @wpengine, this evening. I left feeling inspired by how quickly local organizations are innovating and adapting to the changing marketplace.

Working remotely for the past 17 years has made me realize how much I need community IRL. Time spent laughing, sharing meals, crying, sitting together, giving and receiving, it cannot be replaced. I love what I do, but things like trunk-or-treat give me life.

All those “evergreen” SEO posts you wrote in 2015 and keep updating the publish date on are bot hallucinogens. 🍄 A lack of information isn’t your problem, expired information is.

Anyone see major shifts in traffic from the Google updates in early September? Positive or Negative?

What’s the most effective thing you’re doing in marketing today? We all love the idea of one big move. But in my experience, it’s the compounding effect of small, consistent actions that actually wins. That’s hard.

Working on an agent-guided onboarding flow for DocsBot. Do you think having an animated mascot as a part of our onboarding is a bad idea for a B2B product? I think it's kind of fun but don't want to damage the brand.

Is it just me, or are most Helpdesks failing at helpful insights into customer interactions. It is a very manual lift to tag, extract and/or analyze.

Narcissist love a salvation story that makes them the point, whether that’s being the hero or the damsel in distress. #thoughtoftheday

Captain’s Log, Stardate -358187.48 The year is 2025. I’m in Phoenix, AZ. Cars are now driving me autonomously >50% of the time and I feel less anxious on the road. @Waymo and @Tesla have are changing the way we commute.

Thought the onboarding flow was hacked, then realized it was just me. 🤣 Well played.

We tried to test a competitors onboarding flow... turns out our domain is on a naughty list that sent us to get Rick-rolled. Compiling a list of competitor domains now...

How did I get to this point? As much as I would like to say I earned it, I think that’s rarely the case. Thank you, Rae, for taking the time to share our origin story. Taking @docsbotai to $10M and beyond!

AI is making one question unavoidable: “How do I unify data from across multiple platforms?”

Two of the toughest calls a Product Owner ever makes: 👉 When to sunset a feature. 👉 When to increase prices. Both decisions test your understanding of customer value, product vision, and long-term sustainability. Sunsetting too late slows innovation. Raising prices too early…
