My pet peeve is people saying "new MCP server for fill-in-the-blank agent". The beauty of MCP is that it's LLM and client agnostic. Your MCP server should work with any MCP client and any LLM that supports function calling.
This is just objectively, obviously true, and any Republican official or conservative pundit who disagrees is lying to you.
In fact, it’s also a Christian responsibility that we call out the sin in our own camp. A lot of @DavidAFrench’s commentary comes from a place of Christian values. The left doesn’t pretend to represent Christian ethics. The right does. We should call out the sin on our own side.
I get it. But there is a lot to scold the right over these days, specifically a seemingly complete abandonment of both conservative and Christian values. Folks like @DavidAFrench have a lot to make up for, when so many others who know better remain silent.

This alarmist tone is unnecessary; the only thing being decided in these emergency docket cases is the status quo!! Full briefing will be done in the future. Whether people are upset with these decisions usually just reveals their priors (not necessarily a bad thing!)

I believe Matthew 15:8 comes to mind when considering why we may not believe those who “exalt” Christ in their speeches. “These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me.”
If you are a Christian and you are disturbed by—rather than thankful for—our government leaders exalting the name of Christ, you’ve been brainwashed. Christian leaders are God’s great mercy to us. Praise Him for it.
