14.1m people in the UK are “food insecure”, according to the Trussell Trust. Nationwide problem. Football fans do much-needed work with food-banks. Manchester United fans donated 20kg of food and £261 to their food-bank on Sir Matt Busby Way before Monday’s game v Bournemouth.…

Modern-day Wolves legend.

🗣️ “Do we want to be remembered for fighting all the way to the end of season, or do we want to be remembered for being cowards and taking the easy option?" Matt Doherty on #WOLBRE.

Fer Lopez For all of his technical ability, if you can’t seemingly stretch your legs in space or lose out on loose balls that you’re favourite for, you’ll never be a Premier League footballer.

At least Derby 07/08 and Saints 24/25 were newly promoted teams. Wolves have been in the PL since 2018. This is managed decline on an unforgivable scale. The protests will only get bigger and louder. A club in decay, a fanbase without hope.

The cheapest price for a season ticket in a covered seat at Wolves' Molineux ground is £735, a lot of money in a working-class area of high unemployment. The most expensive ticket at Molineux costs £939. In a pound-per-point ratio for the 2025-26 season at home, that’s, well,…

You’re equating no goals with easy games now? Anyone who watched Kevin Doyle during that spell at Wolves would tell you he was arguably the best lone striker in the league other than Drogba.

Biggest myth going Ferdinand and Vidic played the best. Benni McCarthy, Kevin Davies, Benjani, Yakubu and Kevin Doyle.

Not to PL level yet, if we stay up I think he needs a loan at L1/lower Champ level. Should give us an idea of where he needs to be physically in the men's game. If we go down then no reason for him not to be getting minutes next season.

It’s happened then. The first time ever , in the history of football, that a manager has left one club for another . A landmark day. No wonder there has been such hysteria in the national media #Wolves

Might go over the heads of non-US fans, but this is what @Wolves feels like right now… Private equity vultures gutting a business, extracting any value, getting rid of experienced staff just because they get paid the most, til eventually they just put up a ‘Closing’ sign #wwfc

Wolves have flirted with relegation for too long. Since 23/24, they’ve shown no improvement, just stagnating at relegation standard. Benefiting from good bounces and weak promoted sides. At some point, that luck runs out.

Quite therapeutic to sit down with @molineuxmusings this week and discuss what's going wrong on the pitch at the moment. The brief was not to lurch into rant territory which we *just* about managed...give it a listen 👇

#wwfc I will never remain quiet when it comes to my football club, especially if I think it’s being mistreated like I do now. I often point the finger at Jeff (and rightfully so) but if @Fosun_Intl are happy to watch on then they equally complicit, if not more. Whilst Jeff…

This is so impressive from the West Indies. Generally when they’ve made an impression on a top tier Test team in recent years, it’s been on the back of one or two flashes of brilliance from a player. But to see a bunch of them grit it out like this is heartwarming #IndvWI

Nothing says you are on the right side of an argument nearly as powerfully as being told you are wrong by Kelvin MacKenzie, Jeremy Kyle and Simon Jordan.

Gary Neville has picked the wrong kind of free speech. His ‘deluded’ rant and ‘most dangerous lapse into self-parody’ has prompted a Sky Sports sack call. The MailOnline really does need to be careful about calling this a ”racist’ outburst, by the way... football365.com/news/gary-nevi…
