Highly impossible in Hyderabad people be in their dreams while driving. Don't check rear view mirrors , doesn't use indicators , they will be going in 20 kmph while talkin on phone or the co-passengers.
Also please make sure the Traffic Police near the signals are looking at the Pedistrains who are crossing the road when there is Green Signal and would request the Traffic Police to put fine on those who are crossing during Green Signal. This will prevent more accidents.
