We also set up a kopi and Kuih station as a tribute to my Great Grandfather’s kopitiam 💛 Thank to you our friend Jensen for the opportunity and his wonderful colleagues!
Getting to share Straits Chinese Peranakan Culture and Cuisine with the UK IGT Gaming team through the medium of tasty Hainanese chicken rice. I really enjoyed the brief of showing the nutritional health benefits of Nyonya cooking chicken rice.
