Do you also know tht in order to curtail drug abuse there, you can't buy medicine in any pharmacy if you don't have doctor's prescription. Even if you have malaria, you must see a doctor before you'll be allowed to buy malaria medicine in any pharmacy.
Do you know you can leave your laptop inside your car, walk into Ganhi grocery market, come back and nobody will even attempt to break into your car? Cotonou has shown me that there are places where no one will smash your window or break into your car just because you left a bag.
