Fully agree - so many recent closures of destination small businesses- all rent-increase related.
You know how municipalities and other gov’ts try to incentivize/attract certain large businesses and corporations…would be kinda cool if developers, cities, or neighborhood associations would do the same for “unique” community-based small businesses.
