@RoyalMailHelp How is it a item that was sent in the 18th RM24 and reached Jubilee MC on the 19th so I have not been delivered on the 29th. This is the 3rd time an RM24 item has taken more than 2 weeks and always stuck at Jubilee MC??

@RoyalMailHelp Yet another of my small business parcels has not turned up to my customer so I have to refund them. I’m down the item, the postage cost and the postage materials cost. My items are all under £8, so offering tracking is just not an option. This can’t go on ☹️

@RoyalMailHelp hi team, we have sent a small parcel with Royal Mail 48 tracking. It is held in Bristol stating a fee needs to be paid but no information has been left with the recipient - and it’s really not clear why a charge is necessary. Can you help?

Both my sister and I having crap service from @RoyalMailHelp today at different parts of the country! 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve waited in for a parcel that’s not come and she ‘missed’ her delivery despite being there all the time, no red card even left for her! 🤬

@RoyalMailHelp Every time I order mail sacks they either don't turn up, take 6 weeks to arrive and are much shorter than the quantity ordered. EG order 60 - receive 10. I now have zero sacks to do today's post. When I complain, it gets 'escalated' but nothing ever gets done.

@RoyalMailHelp I ordered an item, that was due to be delivered on Friday, as I wouldn’t be in I changed it to Saturday, unfortunately it was still delivered on Friday but to the wrong address and has now disappeared. Any help to rectify this would be grateful

@RoyalMailHelp I sent an item to a customer on 9th October and the tracking says it’s at the London central mail centre 2 weeks later. I’ve had to refund my customer - please can you arrange for my parcel to be returned to me or compensate me if it is lost?
