@Delta Can you please explain why the app shows I’ll have a seat assigned at the gate, but the gate agents wouldn’t assign me a seat?
@Delta has become the worst. To date, I’ve been delayed on every trip. Each costing me time, and additional dollars spent on childcare. #delta has refused to offer any compensation for costing me, as of right now, as I’m stuck stranded in Atlanta, over 1k in emergency services.
It’s crazy how bad of an airline @Delta is. No one on the desk can help me change my flight, theyre telling me I have to call, and the wait is 15 min. While the people at the desk are just sitting there servicing no one.
@Delta get this every single time. And have tried to use my upgrade certificates (unsuccessfully) half a dozen times. They expire soon. No point in pretending these can be used. If you guys are gonna keep rejecting their use, you could at least extend experation dates

@Delta why was Flight 2322 (ATL to EWR) diverted to Philadelphia? I need more information on the accommodations for passengers and how you intend to get them to EWR. Still on hold 17+ minutes.
