@BootsHelp @BootsUK are absolutely useless, your order vanishes into thin air and it’s not their problem because it’s dispatched from a supplier but they refuse to tell you who the supplier is to contact 🙃

@BootsUK is this an acceptable way to receive a parcel? Battered box that was torn on both sides and elastic banded up. To add to that half my order is missing but my email says it was shipped and delivered. Not acceptable. Now what do I do ?!

I’ve just been notified that mine are now out of warranty and I’ve noticed that the right one doesn’t always charge properly and the charge doesn’t last as long I had (at that time) the top of the range aids and I’m not sure I could afford to replace them with similar anymore
@BootsUK absolutely disgusted by the way I’ve just been treated at 1 of your pharmacies. Staff are rude! Was there before they closed for lunch waiting in the queue for a vital prescription, got to the desk at 12.55, gave my details, the staff member was incompetent! I watched
Mine are behind the ear & they’re fine My first pair had batteries that needed replacing about every 4 days This 2nd pair slot into a base every evening to recharge - they’re all singing all dancing 😳 but they are slightly bigger than the first pair They’re very expensive 😳
@BootsUK Are the free items from the ParentingClub really a thing? I visited 6 Boots in London and they do not have the free MAM bottle, the staff say they no longer do it and they've no idea how to guide me. Contacting customer service online was disappointing and unhelpful

@BootsUK hi boots, call me old fashioned but isn’t it counterproductive to close your pharmacy in Avon Meads between 1and 2 when most people take their lunch break and might just pop to the chemists? Could you even stagger it when you have two staff on ?
It’s really bad. My local Boots - which is a sizeable store- has not one till with a person to assist. They are all self service. Horrible experience.
I was once yelled at by a pharmacist @BootsUK because I pointed out that he had given me a prescription item which I was unable to take, that it had been noted on their system by another pharmacist 2 months previously. He told me they were the same and to get another prescription
