Being on oculus main store is like being on the first 10 pages of google. People only care about the 1st page. So if a game is not in the top 20 on the main store your likely not getting much benefit of the main store over app lab. 🤷♂️

$3499 is pretty outrageous for a product that will probably be pretty bare bones for the next year or 2. M2 Macbook is way better investment at that price point unless you just want the turbo flex of having the apple vision pro at launch
