Thanks to my experience with the #iaedchat, I had an incredible conversation with a current math teacher about her plan to incorporate literacy and other content areas into her lessons!
A6: The most meaningful idea to me was empathy. I believe in a math class empathy is one of the most important classroom norms to incorporate because teaching math requires a risk taking environment. Without empathy people are less likely to take risks out of fear #educ331

A4: The SAMR model shows students the real world consequences of dealing with real world problems. On paper there may be good solutions but, in a social human environment they may not be so great. #educ331
A3: Technology is also increasing our ability to teach in the classroom however, teachers who fail to utilize this technology may fall behind the curve very quickly. #educ331
