If you think physicians are overpaid, maybe you should take the necessary course work in undergrad, take and pass the MCAT, apply for med schools, pay hundreds of thousands for tuition, learn for 4 years in a very high pressure learning environment, then pay thousands more to…

I’m listening to Republican strategist Sarah Longwell on NPR talking about public opinion of Trump’s tyrannical posture and she just said: “When I ask voters in focus groups if they think Donald Trump is an authoritarian, the #1 response by far is, ‘what’s an authoritarian?’”

Hello! Severe menstrual pain is endometriosis until absolutely proven otherwise by an expert surgeon. Never normalize this.

a toddler grabbing your hand to walk somewhere is one of those things that make you feel good inside no matter what going on.

Did you know period cramps are just supposed to be annoying at best? For centuries, we’ve normalized period/pelvic pain because the assumption is it’s “normal” to be in pain before a period. It’s not. What’s actually “normal” is little to no pain.

Graduating students at @WUSTL protest and walk out of Chancellor Andrew Martin’s graduation remarks. The university has been under fire for its response to campus protests against the war in Gaza. Stay tuned for more from my colleagues and I at @stlpublicradio.

The scenes at #UCLA last night were some of the wildest I’ve ever seen on American soil. Police stood by and watched for hours as literally hundreds of felony assaults took place. It was all captured by dozens of photographers. Shocking.

Repost di Michelle Chartier

The statement from the university is wild and absolutely false. There was no turn at the protests other than students sat down to eat and some left to go to the bathroom. Completely calm, until the police came in like an ambush.

80+ pro-Palestine protestors were arrested at Washington University in St. Louis tonight. @ZacharyLinhares and @KallieECox have all the details riverfronttimes.com/news/80-protes…
