Fantastic talk by @stevejcampbell_ #EAC2024 speaking about the high time resolution Oxidative Potential instrument OOPAAI he has developed to quantify PM2.5 in London
Presented my research on Particle Number Size Distributions in Train Carriages in Subway and Overground Trains in London #EAC2024 showing how particle size distribution can help identify factors affecting pollutant concentrations and health implications in the London Underground
At the Air Quality Supersites session at #EAC2024 being co-chaired by @drdaveimperial with contributions from the UK, @JamesAllanAtmos France, Germany, Hungary and Europe
Brilliant talk by @phillipbpunter at #EAC2024 speaking about Exposures to metallic aerosols in transport microenvironments in London, UK @ERGAerosol @imperialcollege
Great talk, @mikeghedges . If you missed it, have a look at the paper.
More to come this week from @ERGAerosol : @phillipbpunter discussing PM composition on trains, @mikeghedges discussing particular exposure on the underground, @real_ian_chen chats about source apportionment and I’ll present some Online #oxidativepotential data in London 🤙
Great first few days at #EAC2024 ! Few members of @ERGAerosol already delivered some great talks. First session discussing human exposure and health studies chaired by our very own @mikeghedges @ERGAerosol
Finally, I'll show exciting progress in characterizing tyre wear particles using @AerodyneRes ACSM. It was done by our PhD student, @Rhea_Fang , who works with me, @MarineSteph @drdaveimperial. Come by on Fri at 10:30 am in Sopraano or the AMS user meeting at 4 pm Sat #EAC2024
I'll also present a poster on Thursday at 2:30 pm in P3-3115 for my rolling PMF work in Central London from 2019-2020, in which we found influences of COVID-related policies on the organic aerosol sources. Shout out to colleagues @dr_aht, @maxP_123, Anna Font, @drdaveimperial
I'm excited to share the latest work from our master student @ERGAerosol. Michelle works with @datalystica to develop a new approach to determine # the factors objectively in PMF analyses. Tune in tomorrow at 12:45 pm in Duetto 2 #EAC2024 @ERGImperial x.com/drdaveimperial…
‘Using clustering approaches to dynamically determine the number of sources of organic aerosol in PMF analyses’ @real_ian_chen will be presenting the work led by a visiting @psich_en student to improve the flexibility of source apportionment to the changing sources Wed 12:45
Great talk by @drdaveimperial. Come talk to us from @ERGAerosol if you are interested in more details of the sources of PM in London. #EAC2024
‘Advanced Source Apportionment for the Assessment of Exposure to Exhaust and Non-Exhaust PM in Health Effects Study’ I’ll be presenting our multi-site source apportionment study which aims to better quantify exhaust and non-exhaust PM Tues 17:00
We are also involved in many other talks, sessions, posters and meetings so stay tuned for more updates and enjoy #EAC2024
‘High Time Resolution Quantification of PM2.5 Oxidative Potential in London’ @stevejcampbell_ will present work deploying the OOPAAI instrument at the London air quality supersites, if you want to know what sources drive the OP response be there Fri 10:30
Finally, our work developing biologically relevant assessments of particle toxicity…
‘Advanced Source Apportionment for the Assessment of Exposure to Exhaust and Non-Exhaust PM in Health Effects Study’ I’ll be presenting our multi-site source apportionment study which aims to better quantify exhaust and non-exhaust PM Tues 17:00
‘In-situ Characterizations of Tyre Wear Particles Using Online Aerosol Mass Spectrometer’ @real_ian_chen will finish his source apportionment master class presenting latest work generating tyre wear particles in the lab and generating ACSM source profiles Fri 10:30
‘How COVID-19 related policies reshaped organic aerosol source contributions in central London’ @real_ian_chen will present our work looking at the Covid Lockdown and policies such as Eat Out To Help Out impacted cooking emissions, catch this at poster session Thurs 2:30
