My late gran died at 99 yo, this was in 2023 and she was still crying about her father’s farm in Somerset East, taken with everything in it. They were moved to those 3 room houses in New Brighton with one bedroom. Apartheid was evil.

A White child who grows up with a Black nanny experiences full support from three parents, whereas a Black child experiences a lonely life because parents are absent the whole day, working for White people. Our backgrounds differ, but we are expected to act similarly.
And now we must believe that the very same people who committed such atrocities want what's best for us? Wake up South Africa!
