Not applicable for India. Most startups are exploitative. long hours no equity. the best talent is either leaving the country or working for big tech/banks. I wish to work in a small group of highly cracked and motivated people. Have equity. I don't see it here in India.
If you take the job at the startup instead of the safer one at a big company, all your coworkers will also be people who took the job at the startup. In ten years they'll be running everything, even if the startup tanks.
People don't have short attention spans: • They finish 3 hour Joe Rogan episodes. • They binge 14 hour shows. They have short *consideration spans:* they must be hooked quickly. Point: Don't fear making great, in-depth content. But, ensure your first minute is incredible.
