Hey @Uber @UberEats @Uber_Support this is now the second fake account that's reached out to me to try to answer the questions you won't respond to. If you would just answer the one question I've been asking for a week, this wouldn't be an issue.
Received a package from Amazon to that was missing the item inside it. I reported what happened & they're sending a replacement. Took five minutes. @UberEats @Uber_Support could learn from this, instead of giving me automated half answers for over a week & refusing to refund me
Hey @UberEats @Uber_Support now you have phony accounts trying to phish your customers because y'all won't respond. Do you know how many people could be taken in by this? Just answer people. Like my question: why was my order not eligible for refund?

Going through @Uber_Support's replies it's clear they're screwing over customers left and right and not giving refunds when food doesn't arrive. So is this just a thing now? We don't get refunds anymore when orders are missing items? @UberEats
Bullshit y'all won't even give me a refund for the item I never received and won't explain why you say it's "ineligible" for refund. Your customer service is awful because there are no actual people there. @Uber_Support @UberEats
Actually, the level of customer service that I’ve received is the lowest. I’ve gone back & forth over an issue for 3, almost 4 months, and no resolution has been reached. I paid for an item I didn’t receive, messaged your agents the same day, and still wasn’t able to be refunded.
Too bad when you order using Uber eats they forgot 2/3 of your frickin order so you end up calling GrubHub or cooking. A frickin water of time and money and customer service sucks ass.
Hey Uber eats! I order from Uber all of the time and have spent thousands of dollars on your company. I ordered dinner for my family the other night, and more than half of her order was missing. Your company is refusing to reimburse me for food I did not get. Even with evidence!
