实话实说，比较理想的是基层医院先看，如果眼科比较小众，那么先去二级医院看，解决不了就转三级医院，三级医院不行在去一些大中心。现在是病人直接跑到三级医院去看了，基层医院都很闲，就像我现在可以连发4条推，都没有一个病人。如果在自己医院基本上一坐下来，连上厕所的时间都没有。
我在这边下乡的医院，眼科病人少，一个人在7楼，也没有挂号，都是先看了，再缴费。好些人来白嫖我的诊疗意见😂。另外不能收挂号费，只能收一个“一般诊疗费”，一天只能收一次。病人看了一个医生，看其他医生只要不检查，都可以白嫖，相当于全院免费咨询
下乡，体会到基层医生的不容易，1. 相当一部分病人对基层医生不信任，稍微不符合病人的意思，就觉得这个医生不行；2.缺乏一些必要的检查设备，我现在下乡的医院算不错了，有眼压计，眼底照相，但是缺乏OCT，很难评估病情，需要转上级医院；3.缺乏一些药物，尤其是一些没有进入医保的，基本上集采的。
刚刚看了一个中老年妇女， 病人：我眼睛旁边紧紧的，是什么问题？ 我：有没有眼干，眼痒，眼痛? 病人：不知道，是不是手机看多了? 我：有可能，老花了看东西会累，没有其他舒服？ 病人：是不是跟我头晕有关系？ 我：有可能吧 病人：你不会看，我去看头 直接头也不会的就走了😂
