Started today at 14:02 getting a password reset @HIKVISIONUK 1st didn’t work, 2nd one worked but then logged back in and PW wrong, got another. On 4th request at 16:14 think they have gone home. So what happens in an emergency out of hours, not good at all. @HikvisionHQ
Should you be able to charge a manufacturer for sitting on site upgrading firmware and a 45 min telephone call listening to music only to be told it needs a upgrade, no prizes for guessing who’s kit it is.
