So that was a night of my life I won’t get back. I never really intended to queue up for so long, but hey, you do the first hour and it’s all quite fun, and the second isn’t so bad, because you’re chatting to all the people around you and stuffing your face with sweets. And then

It is fantastic that already 100,000 people have volunteered to register for trials of COVID vaccines. The faster we can test them the quicker we may be able to find safe, effective vaccines. Taking part in studies is a major contribution to reducing the threat of COVID.
We’re delighted 100,000 people have signed up to help the NHS find a #COVID19 vaccine. If you haven’t already, please sign up and share. The more people who register, the greater chance for researchers to find a vaccine and save lives #BePartOfResearch ➡️nhs.uk/researchcontact
Getting vaccines for COVID tested is essential. People across the UK can register their interest to be approached to join vaccine studies. Please consider volunteering. The generosity of the public in taking part is essential to identify effective vaccines.
