Absorption into regular cadre is the promise bco pf which Kashmiri Pandits opted for this package. Denying quasi permanency/ regularization is nothing but breach of Promissory Estoppel...

The actual policy decisions bcoz of which thousands of unemployed #KashmiriMigrant youths opted for this PM Package as the policy was clear i.e absorption into regular cadre but it is still unknown to us as why rules & laws were put aside & made entire package as "Supernumerary"
