No, it does not. You’re confusing race (a discredited biological category) with ethnicity (shared culture, language, history). Afrikaner selfbeskikking under section 235 of the Constitution, 1996 is about the latter—voluntary cultural association—not racial laws.
AfriSol complaining about “race laws” is odd, given that it agitates for “selfbeskikking” for Afrikaners/the “Afrikaner Volk” (a “Western community”), defined by race, culture, and language. Implementation of Afrikaner selfbeskikking would require the adoption of a “race law”.
