The Azenta XPeel is now supported in PLR thanks to Robert Kaptur from Adaptyv!
.@BrooksGlobal is officially joining PyLabRobot as a supporter! Together with Mike Salmi of Cheshire Labs, they were instrumental in getting the PreciseFlex 400 and 3400 integrated in PLR!
I'll be presenting PyLabRobot at Gesellschaft für Laborautomatisierung und Digitalisierung! Please attend, this Wednesday December 17 at 7am PT / 10am ET. linkedin.com/events/pylabro…
The Opentrons temperature control module is now supported through the USB/serial interface thanks to @NedrudDavid! This means you can use it without an OT liquid handler. Just plug it into your computer! (we also support this for the OT thermocycler)
we don't get paid (or supported) for this kind of work it is just in our interest to make it (we need it) and to share it (so other people contribute back) so we do it regardless, but it's in the interest of the OEM to get machines in their our hands and make us productive
the cytation firmware only supports reading perfectly rectangular subsets gen5.exe (oem software) reads the set one by one when the subset is not a perfect rectangle in PLR we find the largest rectangles contained in the subset and read those to be more efficient
