This is my son, Seth, he is punk af and also happens to have a rare disease - septo-optic dysplasia. At 18 hours old he stopped breathing, since then he’s had to have 5 different meds a day, but takes it all in his stride, so much you wouldn’t even notice. #RareDiseaseDay
