In Edinburgh, @Edinburgh_CC provides FOR info (timetable cases etc), operators provide the info, which @on_lothianbuses installs; which fell by the wayside a bit in Covid. Also route numbers on the flags. Fair point, time to catch up. New RTI system needs to catch up too!

I have been inundated with complaints and concerns from constituents about the unreliable and infrequent number 20 bus service in Ratho. I have written to McGill's buses to ask for a meeting regarding these issues to see what can be done to resolve them.
