Kurds need to release themselves from the false notion that Iraq has changed. If could, they would do the same in Erbil, Duhok, Slemani, and Halabja. The fundamentals of the system is crooked since its establishment in 1922. Thus, it regenerates the same misdeeds.

Just spoke to Sen @ChrisVanHollen about situation in Syria. We will introduce bipartisan sanctions against Turkey if they invade Syria and will call for their suspension from NATO if they attack Kurdish forces who assisted the U.S. in the destruction of the ISIS Caliphate.
