Truly the most diabolical experience I’ve ever had with a company. @currys I’ve asked to make a complaint 3 TIMES and received absolutely no correspondence. And now a colleague has just ordered me a coffee machine (because you can’t exchange mine as you no longer sell it)

@currys I'm patiently waiting for a delivery. It's with Royal mail but it's been redirected between several sorting offices since Tuesday. I've tried calling your contact number and royal mail but can't get past the automated system as I keep getting told to check tracking. Help!

I know delivery drivers are useless but this is just stupid! I order two new screens from @currys, the @dpduk_ driver delivers one and says I wasn’t home for the other! @DPDCare Tell him to stop being so lazy and sort it out! @DPD_UK_Drivers

Right! Washing machine plumbed into the cold supply by the plumber, @currys were plumbing into the hot supply which is poor in my property so wasn’t providing enough pressure for the machine to work. What an expensive palaver 🤦🏻‍♀️

Congratulations @currys on having the worst alleged customer support that I have experienced. Customer Stonewalling more like. I believe mis-selling and failing to honour care plans is breaking the law.

@currys I can’t say I like my new fridge or not as the delivery men left it STILL packed and in front of my cooker so I can’t move in my kitchen.. when I looked it’s states they will unpack it and make sure I’m happy with the product 🤷🏼‍♀️ I didn’t get the service now..

With it…. I mean it could be damaged as I haven’t seen it and neither have they … so now I’m thinking could something of happened to the fridge freezer as I’m sure 6 hours is a bit long as it used to be 4 years ago
