The govt planned it. They announced curfew at 12pm, 4 hours to the curfew time. They disconnected the CCTV cameras. They turned off the Lekki Toll Gate lights. Soldiers came in their trucks and started shooting at unarmed peaceful protesters. They planned this #EndSARS
