Check out our new #preprint on the metabolism of immune cells in the TME of patients treated with #immunotherapy led by Ofir Shorer. We analyzed scRNA-seq from >1M cells and found a metabolic signature predictive of response across cancer types. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
