Unpopular opinion: I don’t think her problem is being single 🫣 I think she needs to start feeling whole within herself. Once you feel complete on your own, being single doesn’t feel like a burden. The loneliness comes and goes but you no longer define yourself by it.
The best thing you can do is study while it’s lectures. Even if it’s an hour or 2 after lectures/during lunch to reflect then deep dive over the weekend. And always reflect before you sleep in bed; that’s the most productive time for retention. It’s called knowledge entropy.
