An easy web search reveals FACTS. Not warning consumers that non-use of their credit card could lead to automatic cancellation of the bill pay service. Engaging in unlawful, unfair, and fraudulent business practices that have resulted in unjust enrichment for the bank.

I find it completely unbelievable how many hours and how completely uninformed the agents are in billing! I spent 5 hours and all I was told was WRONG!
