No wonder @Telstra has a large call center in the Philippines. They have so many calls because most of them are repeat calls trying to fix the same problem. Customer Service doesn't fix things, just willing to talk to you nicely.
Good luck when you try and ring @Telstra to get support. You continually get forwarded to a new wait queue for another hour and then repeat the process. Don't leave your number to get them to ring back, because they didn't twice yesterday!
Even though @Telstra can't now provide the service you need, they make it insanely difficult to move your business from them. Asking ridiculous documentation requirements to so-called prove who you are. #notallowedtoleavetelstra
If you have been using a @Telstra mail service, without recent warning, they have shut it down and rejecting emails to you. This has effected thousands of people. Even getting its own selection number when you ring them!
#Telstra / @Telstra is an absolute joke! I have been a customer of Telstra for decades and have seen the actual service levels decline to its current abysmal level.
