Some thoughts…Elaine - maybe you couldn’t mention the UK judgment to the jury because it’s insanely prejudicial to suggest a different court with different: a) parties, b) burden of proof, c) legal standard, etc etc already decided the issue they’ve been asked to decide?!?! 🤬

The risk of severe disease with #COVID varies for each person. With so much COVID circulating, continue to mask up to protect yourself and others. Patient story shared with permission.

Two studies released this week demonstrate that masking significantly reduces COVID transmission in school I haven’t seen the evidence which supports simultaneously dropping nearly all COVID mitigation strategies in elementary schools filled with un/under vaccinated students.

If @ongov waits for higher case # to translate into hospitalizations, it will happen. To keep our economy open & hospitals tending to the non-COVID backlog, vaccines should be required for public-facing public sector workers & an official vax verification system deployed ASAP.

As Dr. Moore said, thanks to the many Ontarians who got their #COVID19 vaccine, growing case counts will not mean the same thing as before. Hospitalizations and ICU admissions will be especially critical in monitoring Ontario's COVID-19 response.

Potentially life-saving pancreatic cancer surgery cancelled due to lack of beds in Kelowna. 81% one shot vax coverage won't be enough to maintain wide open access to non-COVID care in Ontario.
