16/17: when i (customer) from their side has already requested for cancellation? Shameonyou and your unprofessionalism @amazonIN Ask all your colleagues I spoke earlier how nicely I spoke to all of them until today when I was forced to burst out by their cheap tricks.
15/17: And then miss Rajnandini the supervisor or sales head as she said ask me that the mail proof of 4th august is for the request cancellation, cancellation is not confirmed. Now is this my job to confirm the status of cancellation in their system ?
14/17: 7. Being supervisor or being professional working for such a big firm and then being so naive to understand the pain of customer went through all these days without doing anything wrong anywhere in this whole process.
13/17: 6. They say that customer satisfaction is their key moto and then when customer is being loyal,not cheating them and honestly saying that I cancelled the product and I don’t want it then why are they being such cheap unprofessional ?
12/17: So my question is why in their app, this product status is still- expected to be delivered by 31 July? 5. When I ordered the product & was talking to these people I could still see that the product was showing 10days returnable&now they changed it to non returnable
11/17: 3. Are the sellers Amazon responsibility or mine? Why do I have to call sellers multiple people when clearly for me the source of contact is amazon for the products? 4. They(Amazon)says that for them the product is still not delivered to me so they can’t help me.
10/17: 2. The day I got the product, I asked for returning the very next day and I am assured that I will get my refund then why again and again they are asking me to go and forth between seller and amazon ?
9/17: Rajnandini as sales supervisor was of no help and she is again asking me to call the seller for the refund. Questions which I have is- 1. Why this product was delivered to me when I requested for cancellation beforehand?
8/17: And then now she says this product is non returnable so we cannot refund. I spoke to so many people and I told all of them the whole story over and over again & I also shared all the screenshots as proof so that I can get my refund fairly but none of them helped in any way.
7/17: When I asked him to call his supervisor he finally agreed and said my supervisor will call you in 5 minutes but no one did. F. Now finally when I called amazon customer care again, a guy named Prashant said he cannot help and called their supervisor named Rajnandini.
6/17: I have to contact amazon. E. Then again I had a chat with amazon a person named Sushil and then he finally said that they cannot refund I have to ask seller. And this guy was so unattentive and careless that he was least bothered to reply on time.
5/17: without any issues, when I told her I have screenshot where clearly it is mentioned that product is 10 days returnable.D. Then when I called customer care they asked me to contact their seller @Cart2India, after contacting seller a person named Joe & he said he can’t do it
4/17: B. Even after requesting-cancellation, product was sent to me on 6th August. C. Then on 7 august I had a chat with Ragapriya(amazon employee) regarding the return of the product during which she assured me 5-6 times that this product cant be returned but I will be refunded
3/17: Now the following things happened after that-A. Before the product was delivered to me I requested for cancellation of this item and Ram (Amazon employee) spoke to me on amazon chat and said that the item can be cancelled. I got the cancellation mail on 4th August’20.
2/17: I’m getting this lame blame from amazon people now that why did I receive this product at the time of delivery. For which I have answered them that it’s coz I have ordered many items and I didn’t know which item is delivered that day until I opened the package.
@AmitAgarwal I have been cheated by @amazonIN and @Cart2India @amazoncheated : 1/17: I ordered a product named as TheraPAQ ice pack and when I ordered it I checked it and it was written that the product is 10 days RETURNABLE.
