As someone who has lost weight on #WFPB AND #carnivorediet AND #pkd AND #keto AND #chemotherapy, I think a diet that unnecessarily excludes specific macros in search of weight loss contributes to #disorderedeating

Is it ok to eat 60g protein, 160g fat and 0g carb in one meal per day? Or should I split into two? @ClemensZsofia @paleoketogenic #pkd #paleolithicketogenicdiet

#Agile and #SAFe is a waste of time if you know #ODI and #JTBD. Agile assumes (incorrectly) that customer jobs are constantly changing. @mikeboysen @Ulwick

Just discovered @TuckerGoodrich's investigations regarding vegetable seed oils - good stuff. Was a WFPB vegan for 1.5 years (now carnivore), and was wondering if veggies end up increasing n-6 to the same extent that seed oils might?

Wondering what @CarnivoreMD thinks of the "Fire Diet", a.k.a. "The Croissant Diet" - based on ROS theory of obesity @fire_bottle

New, most rigorous-ever reviews of red/processed meat conclude that there's only low/very low-quality evidence to show any negative health outcome. “The guidelines [on meat] are based on papers that...say there's evidence...and there isn’t” says one expert nytimes.com/2019/09/30/hea…

The evidence is too weak to justify telling individuals to eat less beef and pork, according to new research. The findings “erode public trust,” critics said.

Of all ignorance, the ignorance of the educated is the most dangerous. Not only are educated people likely to have more influence, they are the last people to suspect that they don't know what they are talking about when they go outside their narrow fields.

A part of me wonders whether those who are on #ClimateStrike realize the carbon impact crowds of over 100k people can have on the environment...

"There are stories floating about of people on a carnivore diet who are refusing statins but continuing to have CVD progression." @kevinnbass can you share?
