The burnout is so real.
Y’all we need more time *not* in front of students. One prep is not enough to do it all. It’s October, I’m so tired and I’m simply buried in work. The burn out is so real 😩
Schools can’t close the achievement gap between students whose parents read to them and those that don’t
No amount of pizza, donuts, or jeans passes will make up for a toxic culture where the adults in the building aren't supported and treated like professionals.
