Race Day in Springfield today! We're looking forward to keeping the momentum from our first meet going!
We're still hyped about our race last Friday, and we have another one in 3 days. Excited to see how our squad continues to grow this season
With a gutsy performance in his collegiate debut, our very own Jonah McHaffie managed to break our oldest school record. We just wanted everyone to know that the last time someone on our team ran this fast this early in the season, they won National Championships.
You already know your favorite Cougars are going to put on a show tomorrow on our campus. Here's where we'll be the rest of the season if you want to follow us around.
Our season starts this Friday at home! Come out and support your Cougars on campus!
The next recruit we're happy to welcome to the team is Tevon Williamson. Tevon is transferring to us from Lindsey Wilson College where he jumped, hurdled, and sprinted. This range along with his leadership will be a big part of Tevon's development on and off the track!
Our next commit is one of our few team members who went to high school outside of Missouri. We're very excited to add Tahj to our sprinting squad. Stay tuned tomorrow when we announce another recruit who is pretty close to Tahj
We've done this signing a while back as well, but we're still excited to see Timmy in action as a Cougar. As a 3 sport athlete in high school, we know he will bring valuable athletic experience to our program this year
Next up is Parker Kilen! We're looking forward to seeing how Parker can make an immediate impact on our team performances and culture! Welcome to the team!
We are very excited to announce the addition of our newest hurdler/sprinter! Grace will be a big part of helping our team grow with her experience in so many different events and willingness to be a team player!
Since it is our last full week away before we return to campus, we wanted to start introducing our incoming recruits all week long! Welcome to the team Julian! It's gonna be a fun Cross Country season!
Congratulations to freshman Ryan Pendergast on becoming our first All-Region Track & Field athlete in school history! Can't wait to see the continued success next school year!
