Yesterday I challenged Mayor Perry for going against his word on the Healthy Neighbourhood Scheme at the Scrutiny Streets, Environment & Homes Sub-Committee. Full reply in the minutes. Most will be unconvinced by the cabinet member's response. Residents have been fobbed off.

We had great crowds & great atmosphere when the Champs were held in Crystal Palace #CPNSC, by 2 rail stations, Overground, and 13 bus routes, in London! A revamp stadium here with a stadium sponsor @LMCT @londonathletics would see these crowds again #BackatthePalace!

The council shd work with local communities to build consent for more effective schemes. Public consultations overwhelmingly rejected 2 LTNs not because residents want more traffic or toxic emissions but because they didn’t think the council’s schemes worked
