I think it’s usually a bad a idea for leaders to issue blanket admonitions to the entire staff when it’s really about one offender. It usually makes the conscientious employees feel guilty, and the offender probably isn’t listening.
We need to be careful not to micromanage teachers, parents, or students right now. Everyone is doing their best in a crazy situation and probably feels completely overwhelmed at times. Adding unnecessary pressure isn’t going to improve the situation.

Admin, Just because you observe a teacher, don’t feel you have to give a critique every time. Too often teachers are told, "you did great but… " I say, " Leave the BUTS behind”. Just tell them specifically what they did well and move on. Leave them feeling valued not deflated!
