“ do you even like luke . . ? ” he looked up from the pillow , sniffling as he wiped his tears on his sleeve . he scooted in closer to stevie . “ you’re just with him because he asked you to be his boyfriend . . . you didn’t even want that , did you ? ”
“i ... did like you. i ... do like you. i don’t know.” stevie sighed and walked over to the couch , sitting down. “i’m not used to anyone actually wanting to date me. so when luke asked me to be his boyfriend , i just jumped at the chance. (+)
" how ? HOW is it complicated !? he doesn't even like you , stevie . and I like you . ME ! tyler gavette SCHMIDT ! " tyler had never gotten mad at stevie like this . . . his hands were shaking , tears in his poor eyes . .
“i know that ... but ... it’s complicated.” he sighed , shaking his head.
he didn't like that answer . . . he just stared at stevie , not taking no for an answer . " he doesn't know you like i do . . "
he sighed , looking into tyler’s eyes for a moment. he crossed his arms over his chest slowly , looking down before he spoke. “i’m ... with luke.”
he hated opening up like this . . . he stared at stevie for a few seconds , before finally speaking . " i . . i wanna be your boyfriend , stevie . . . i don't care what it takes . "
he kept his arms around him for a few seconds too long , slowly pulling away. “what’s going on ... ?”
he sniffled , not even being able to close the door before being pulled into a hug . " mmh . . stevie . . . " he frowned , resting his head on stevie's chest .
he quickly walked in , bringing tyler in for a hug. “tyler , i am so fucking sorry.”
why didn't you talk at the freshman meeting if you're the student body president ? sorry . . that's another question .
