I have compiled a new Map based on the IHDS-2 Data. The Results are quite different. The method the IHDS survey used was to ask married women whether their husband is of the same caste. Around 40,000+ Married Women were asked this question.

The national capital should be shifted to Nagpur, the exact center of the country. It's safe from seismic problems, pollution and easily accessible for people all across India.

All fun and games until a new headline in the paper reads - "Indraprastha - The Rape Capital of the World". Delhi doesn't deserve that wonderful name until it has done enough to earn it.

Jet engine development — or for that matter, any engine development — takes years of focused effort. You don’t wake up one day and decide you’ve built everything. Ask the people who’ve burnt more turbine wheels than the number of years they’ve lived. Ask the ones who’ve tried to…

Indians suffer from nice guy syndrome. Remember in a classroom bullies pick on those who mind their business and are people pleasers who are "likeable" than "respectable". Bullies verbally abuse those people who don't talk back or react the way that silences them.

India has never attacked any country or funded wars, and even saved millions during COVID. While Indians mind their own business, commit few major crimes, and compete on a level playing field, I just can’t understand what India ever did to be dehumanized and hated to the point…

IAF bureaucracy has crippled the IAF far more than any PLAAF campaign wished to

Chinese Western Theater Command alone has more than 600 aircraft, including over 50 J-20 s. Soon, they will also have J-35. They can deploy UAVs & CCAs in large numbers. Meanwhile, IAF is down to 29 squadrons, with a total number of fighters less than 600.

I am frustrated. Why are the simplest gadgets still imported from China? How long will we keep draining foreign reserves? How long do our jobs stay overseas? How long will we keep relying on others? Enough is enough. Let’s make them in Bharat. There is no other way.

You can't expect similar level of innovation in India that's possible in USA because there's much less resources, less risk taking, more chaos, corruption, daily stresses to take care of. Minds are like seeds and environments are soil. Seeds do best when planted in right soil

Abacus is actually interesting, just remove the rat race around it.

Abacus, spelling bee, etc are all useless pursuits which does overall harm than good. Kids should grow up playing sports and musical instruments instead of all this grindjeetry.

If not for the British, the Indian subcontinent would have eventually been occupied by Maratha Confederacy. But the confederacy would have been more feudal, transition to Industrialisation could have gone more violent. It would have been an interesting chain of events.

India is such a big country, with different states each having their own cultures and food habits. We can be racist toward each other. After all, we were all different countries before the British arrived. Accept it and move on. 😄
