Saw some lad who’s a few weeks sober, giving out ‘recovery coaching’ online. Please beware of this kind of stuff. Particularly groups that are ‘personality-led’ that charge you a fee for support you can get elsewhere for free. I think he means well really, just misguided.

Thanks to everyone who offered suggestions and sympathy regarding my lost property on the train yesterday. Many were strangers offering genuine good advice, or just offering a kind word because, well, kindness needed sometimes innit? Well… It has been handed in. Happy ending.
Oh no! I think I’ve left my leather satchel and laptop on an Overground train (Hounslow to Victoria) that I exited at Vauxhall at about 14.20. It has my MacBook in it. I don’t expect a miracle but I guess saying it out loud here is all I can do. It has lots of my work on it :(
