By His will He surely know that I can hear Him speak, That His voice will magnify and reach me here on my knees.
I become silent in pursuit to hear what He would say, In quiet moments, solemn tones I rest in Him and pray.
His wisdom is unending - His fortumes mighty from above, Lending His form to my mind to encourage in favored love.
If in this unnatural state of being I can draw upon His strength, The Lord remaining faithful to give me a glimpse the same.
He knew me then as one of His and I feel this is true, I call upon those times before and know his will to do.
Remembrance I can barely sense of spiritual depth within, That long before a memory came I was somewhere else again.
The gain of His children into eternal life, Bring them to Me by pure sacrifice.
That we may understand power that day remained, In His Father's hand for to die is gain.
He asked that no burden be taken away from Him, But for strength in the hour of the redeeming of sin.
Might this cup pass from me He knelt down to pray, Not My will but Yours be done on earth this very day.
In wisdom and truth He relied so very much, Upon a trusting faith in His Father's loving touch.
Like an obedient child peering into His Father's eyes, Take from Me this hour unless Your will denies.
In a quiet moment before the break of day, the Son stepped aside a troubled heart to pray.
It is simple but not easy...completely trusting God through Jesus.
Through humility in asking Jesus who died to save us into your life.
Ask God to take the burdon of our imperfection for you.
This is done through accepting what you and I cannot do for ourselves.
