NEWS: Phoenix Sky Harbor tells @abc15 it will NOT broadcast this video of Kristi Noem blaming Democrats for the gov’t shutdown. A spox tells me the decision is “consistent with airport policy.” It joins other airports like Seattle in declining the video.

What if the Maricopa County Attorney and other top prosecutors have to testify in protest case? And get crossed by the same attorney who got a $6M settlement out of them? Could that really happen? Yes. Or... will MCAO cut bait and drop the charges? abc15.com/news/local-new…

The Phoenix Police Department cleared a quartet of officers who pinned a wrongly-identified man on hot pavement, which burned away chunks of his skin across his body. Why? Basically, they didn’t have a policy warning officers that asphalt in Phoenix is hot.

THREAD. Something must be said about the New York Times. We are in the midst of a full-blown fascist takeover, and the NYT let one of its most dishonest reporters publish an article today full of misinformation arguing for massive new investments in police and surveillance.

We discovered Phoenix re-hired former cop -- convicted of abusing a young girl -- to be an aviation dispatcher. It's position that requires a criminal background check and must meet certain TSA factors. This situation is raising a lot of questions.

Just to be clear about the big bill Republicans are passing: it will remove the authority for a President to eliminate federal student debt through executive order. That, sadly, confirms what we already knew — that the authority existed and was clear. This bill is very dangerous.

Arizonans: don't care what side of the aisle you're on, or whether your motivation is conservation, hiking, recreation, hunting, etc, but we all have to join against the availability for sale of 14.4 million acres of BLM and NF land in this budget bill. Once it's gone, it's gone.

Never forget that Andy Biggs tried to steal an election from the people of Arizona. He took steps to overthrow the 2020 election and voted to reject Arizonans votes with no evidence of wrongdoing. He also supported the pardon of J6 convicted criminals who assaulted and injured…

It speaks to the lawlessness of the last four years that as soon as a duly elected President enforces the law, the radical Left thinks him to be a king.
