Thought about reviving this account to mock @elonmusk until we were banned…but in the spirit of Zips Tips, we want to encourage everyone to take a break from this attention and decency sucking platform. Maybe take off the rest of the year and see how it feels.

Approved. Merry Christmas.

I’m gonna read this tweet to the team in our first huddle during training week. Really want this level of intensity to set the tone for the season

Retweet if you want @tivo713 to take over the Zip's Tips account when his @being_ulti week is over. He's clearly got the food tips part down.

1) alright so how about I teach y'all to cook. I actually used to moonlight as a private chef on weekends. Tonight I'll show you how to make my "can't f*ck it up chicken". @frisbeebob can attest it's a legit and easy recipe.

#105 Think about what you want the future of ultimate to look like and who should be visible in that future. If your vision includes our best female players, consider signing on to this boycott.

Statement from the organizers of the AUDL Boycott. skydmagazine.com/2017/12/statem…

#104 (cont'd): Stop the tape b/t points and on stoppages but be diligent about not missing any action. Start taping w/ pull.

#104 (cont'd): when shooting from a sideline, keep the downfield cutters in view. You don't need more than 20% of shot backfield of the disc

#104 (cont'd): Sideline and Endzone views can both be productive. But with sideline, the camera must be actively operated.

#104 (cont'd): The most useful tape for strategy purposes has most, if not all, the players in it.

#104 (cont'd): Don't overdo the zoom. You need to see the disc and thrower, but you also need to see the cutters movement and clearing.

#104 (cont'd): Use a tripod or monopod. No one wants to watch 90 minutes of shaky cam.

#104 (cont'd): Ladders work too. If flying to a tourney, find one on craig's list or buy a ladder and return it at the end of the weekend

#104 (cont'd): Film from an elevated angle to greatly improve the usefulness of your footage. Nearby buildings, berms, or stands work.

#104: You should be filming your games and watching them. Tips for filming to follow

#103 (Cont'd): Not only does the communication help your teammates but it also helps you when learning & processing what to do in your O & D

#103 (Cont'd): "I'm your reset," "I'm here." "Clearing." "You go." And language specific to your offense/defense.

#103 The Reliable Narrator: Make an effort to constantly talk while you're playing about what you're doing and where you are going.
