A cool link between vocabulary and global trade: If your region first got tea by land, you call it something like “cha”/“chai”, from a Northern Chinese dialect. If by sea, you use a variation on “tea,” based on the pronunciation of the Fujianese who worked with overseas traders.

wfh has changed the b2b outbound sales prospecting landscape. Lack of physical contact and work phone means email is often the only resort and that channel is way over-crowded. Needs some out of the 📦 thinking. I’m sure we’ll see some developments here.
