Internalized ableism is also not considering yourself disabled when you're struggling with a disability and because you can push yourself to the verge of breakdown and sacrifice your mental health just to keep producing

Dane County’s number of positive COVID-19 cases for September 5 is 147, which is the highest single-day number of cases since the beginning of the pandemic. This record-setting day follows several days with over 100 cases. Of these cases, at least half were UW students/staff.

Last week a video circulated of a wedding shoot in Beirut interrupted by massive explosions. @mohammadlinah tracked down the bride, and we hear from her on today's #PostReports. Turns out she's a doctor, and moments later she was tending to the wounded, still in her dress.

Here’s the original footage of the wedding shoot via Mahmoud Nakib

Family getting ready to enter store tonight. Mom & dad put on their masks, then dad crouches down to little girl, maybe 3. Dad: What do superheroes do? Girl: They protect people. He helps her put on her mask. Dad: What are you? Girl: I’m a superhero! Yeah, kid, you are. #yyc
