Good coaching is good teaching. Routines and procedures establish expectations.
Coaches, don't shortchange procedures: - how do you want practice started? - how do you want players to huddle? - how do you want them to prepare for meetings? Leave procedures to chance and you're likely to waste time and get irritated often.
In one ear, out the other!
